Consulting Principal - Engineering Services

 

Mr. Barro provides exclusive civil engineering services for CPG has worked in land development, engineering, project development and management for over 15 years. He has been involved in managing larger single developments with an acquisition, land, and construction valuation of over $100 million, as well as smaller site developments of less than $1 million. 

 

He is a registered Civil Engineer with the State of California, provides exclusive civil engineering and design services for CPG. Mr. Barro has partnered with CPG on numerous projects.

Consulting Principal - Architectural & Design Services

 

Project Designer/ Project Architect with more than 12 years of experience in the design of commercial, residential, and office buildings in addition to extensive design and planning experience in medical and healthcare facilities.  Experience includes strategic planning of an overall project vision; working closely with complex client groups, with conflicting interests at times, usually consisting of project managers, corporate executives, and user groups; dealing with multiple regulatory agencies including OSHPD and obtaining permits and approvals; managing and working with a diverse team of architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and administrators throughout a given project.

 

Project design experience encompasses Master Planning, Medical Planning, Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
