Multifamily Building Improvements:

We Make It Easy.

Access Energy Upgrade California rebates, incentives and support  – we do the work to save you time and money!

Why?  So you can reduce operating costs and add value to your multifamily property with a smarter approach to building improvements with free consulting, rebates and incentives.

The Energy Upgrade California Multifamily Program in Southern California provides everything you need. CPG makes it easy to participate in this program because we handle the administrative processes, taking that burden off your plate.

3 Easy Steps to Partipicate and Take Advantage of Free Savings:

After we help process your program application, you’ll receive assistance and cash rebates to make upgrades easy:

1. Get an assessment: We will perform an energy audit to identify the most cost-effective improvements; cash incentives up to $10,000 to offset the cost (get the details).

2. Make improvements: Purchase and install energy conservation measures, working with your usual contractors.

3. Receive rebates: Significant rebates help offset your costs (get the details).

Why Upgrade Now?:

  • Making your property more energy efficient can result in significant utility bill savings.
  • Today’s efficient systems and durable building materials reduce operating costs and require fewer maintenance calls.
  • A more comfortable, high-quality, and green building can differentiate your property and help you attract new tenants.
  • Financing and incentive options bring upgrades within your budget. For affordable housing properties, energy upgrades can unlock additional financing and funding opportunities.

A Customized Solution at the Right Time for You:

The Energy Upgrade California Multifamily Program in Southern California takes a smarter, whole-building approach to upgrades, and will help you complete integrated upgrades rather than individual measures—to maximize your savings and benefits.

Three common trigger events during your property’s lifecycle offer convenient opportunities for making integrated building improvements. If you’re planning a system replacement, retrofit, or rehabilitation, the Multifamily Program is likely a strong fit for your building.

Incentives

ASSESSMENT INCENTIVES:

The incentive is designed to help offset the upfront cost of performing an ASHRAE Level II audit.  The audit must completed by an approved auditor.

Number of Units in Building          Incentive

5-20 units                                       $5,000

21-50 units                                     $10,000

50+(incremental increases)              $20/unit
