ASSESSMENT INCENTIVES:
The incentive is designed to help offset the upfront cost of performing an ASHRAE Level II audit. The audit must completed by an approved auditor.

5-20 units $5,000
21-50 units $10,000
50+(incremental increases) $20/unit
IMPROVEMENT INCENTIVES:
Approved projects are elegible for cash incentives to help offset the costs of purchasing and installing energy efficiency measures to meet a targeted reduction in the building. The cap for this is $100,000 or 60% of the net construction costs of the energy efficiency measures. Incentives are paid at the conclusion of construction after verification the measures have been installed correctly.
